I know it’s been awhile since I’ve done a Friday Love Song. I’ve been thinking about how to expand the feature, since I really love the idea of it. I think music is so important for your day, and I get a lot of emails from you guys asking for help on songs. So – I’ve decided to expand the feature and create a love mix for each month! I’ll be picking songs that are about love and could work for your shower, rehearsal dinner, or wedding day. You will also be able to listen to all the songs here on the site. This is a mix I created to share with your honey for Valentine’s Day, but I think a lot of them could work well on your wedding day also. Let me know what you think of this new monthly feature.I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend full of love.

Hi T-Bone- What browser are you using? I just checked it on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome and works fine for me on all those.

I've been a follower of GreenWeddingShoes for a couple months now, and this is the first Friday Love Songs post I've seen – and I love it! Great selection, Jen, thanks. I absolutely love Joshua Radin, and one of his songs will certainly be in my wedding – his music is always romantic. As a musician myself, music selection is an important part of wedding planning.
Great list. I love Joshua Radin so I'll be walking down the aisle to his song "Today". Too bad I'm not loaded like Ellen DeGeneres or I could have him personally to sing at the wedding, haha.

This is awesome. I'm just now trying to decide on music. I have a bunch in mind, but could use some additional help. Maybe you could even do a mix one month of first dance songs, one for ceremony, one for reception, etc? Going to listen right now!

This is awesome! We should become blog friends cause this is exactly what my entire blog, Hi-Fi Weddings (hifiweddings.com) is all about! I'd love to help compile a mix with you :) Maybe we can work together on this each month or something! My husband and I own a record store so we have a HUGE catalog of songs…and we can digitize stuff from actual vinyl to a digital copy for people out there :) I think this could be really fun!

I LOVE Brett Dennen! If I could have someone play at my wedding, he would be it, hands down! I want “Don’t Forget” to be our first dance song, it is the most tender, beautiful thing ever…but considering that I cry every time I hear it, I think it might be too dangerous :-) Thanks for a great list!
