The weatherman said there may be rain this weekend and that is pretty uncommon here in SoCal. That got me thinking, what if it did rain on your wedding day? Well, this couple was prepared. They also were getting married in Seattle, so I would probably be prepared also! I have to say, it’s photos like this that make me almost wish I had rain on my wedding. I love the colorful umbrellas and bold pops of color that Cheri captured.
This wedding was captured by the talented Cheri Pearl. Jennie and Alex were married on October 4th at Pravda Studios, a great loft space in Seattle. From Cheri, “This has to be one of my all time favorite weddings. The details are incredible and were so inspiring to capture. The colors are spectacular. It was a crazy windy raining sideways kind of day here in Seattle until we were ready to step outside and magically it didn’t rain on us. Jennie was prepared though with these awesome umbrellas. We had a such a great time shooting next to their home on Eastlake and on the streets of Capitol Hill.”
