Great Oak Estates in Temecula, California is a brand new event venue that’s sure to become a perfect location for SoCal couples to say I Do. Whether you’re planning a big event with an abundant guest list, or a smaller, pseudo-elopement with just a handful of guests, the rural romance of the backdrop will win you over, and Rustic Vintage Events is about to show you why. Imagine planning an elopement somewhere scenic + secluded and at the last minute deciding to invite some of your closest family + friends to surprise them as you exchange your vows. That’s the premise of this beautiful editorial you’re about to see, captured to perfection by Kristina Adams Photography!
More from Lorena of Rustic Vintage, When I first started to plan the design for this styled shoot, I knew I needed to include Marsala, the Pantone Color of the Year. Marsala just adds elegance to any surroundings and rustic or vintage décor! To soften the color a bit, I incorporated blush pinks, ivory and pops of gold. This color combination is perfect for the brides wishing to have a fall or winter wedding! And for the furniture and prop selection I chose to bring in lots of wood textures mixed color fabrics and vintage décor.
The Flower Story crafted the perfect florals for this shoot. The amazing texture, the pops of marsala and the fact that almost every vignette is dripping with beautiful blooms shows how the team’s vision + color inspiration was carried through from beginning to end.
Pirouette Paper + Wood If You Could collaborated on the signage + it all turned out so gorgeously!
A cute cardigan for the bride is a great idea for weddings taking place in the fall or winter! Shop some of our fave sweaters, to top your dress, below:
